Detained by Biddeford PD for Open Carry
I was detained by the Biddeford, Maine PD on 18AUG2010 for no reason while open carrying and walking down the sidewalk.

WELL DONE!!!! A bit lengthy but very well done. All citizens should have a booklet that details our rights. All citizens should have personal recording devices for public use as well. Without these, police will never be held accountable for abuse of power in the event of false allegations.
