I am from Bronx, NY and me and my friend and our children saw this too. It seemed like the airplanes stop going through that part of the sky until around 9:30pm. We saw other lights on each end of a cloud that did not move. A flat cloud that kept shrinking and growing right before our eyes, and other normal clouds would pass by except for that flat cloud then that flat cloud became 3 until there was one again. And the light you filmed was doing the same motion we saw. This was amazing to watch.
