Quite true.

The real concept behind this sketch was the discussion regarding the upcoming channel 4 (due to start in 1982). The Welsh were arguing that 25% of the channel's output should be in Welsh. This was a parody of how it may have looked.

Not sure if or when these gigs will ever get a DVD release. They should. IMHO, this part of the show is probable one of the greatest moments in the history of live music.
