Your going to be youtube famous and have your own tv show or something soon!! keep up the work..ill message you the best way to over come your anxiety...medicine will help but you also have to find ways to conquer them head on...ill explain it in private message the best and simplest way I can :)

I know exactly how you feel with your anxiety , but also to be very confident in yourself in every way but still the anxiety / depression stops you from doing things you know you should, can , and want to do :( I have taken medicine most of my life and have had good years and bad years, as well as good weeks bad weeks and even different each day sometimes. I have it under control to the point where I live a normal daily life, no stomach/sleep/ panic attack issues like I used to have, but I still have things I don't do or avoid even trying to do because I would feel it so strong. I also have seen several different doctors and therapist for non drug treatment. As far as treatment with no medicine I can explain it to you in the simplest terms possible in a message.
