I like working with my hands. I love living in the country. I love my wife and my children.
I have four children. My first son is handicapped and lives at home. My second son is a truck driver but a cowboy at heart. My 3rd son is in the army and is currently stationed in Germany . My daughter is a nurse. My biggest concern is, finding an alternative fuel source to reduce or eliminate our need for oil.
My desires include.
Finishing my house.
I would like to develop dulcimer music that is more appealing to young people. I was 46 years old before I discovered the mountain dulcimer. I wish I had been introduced to it years sooner. It is an awesome instrument that almost anyone can play. I would like to help promote the dulcimer and I hope that someday it will become a part of mainstream music.

My hobbies include woodworking, oil painting, writing songs, playing musical instruments. I play the violin, dulcimer, bass dulcimer, (electric, bass, accoustic guitar) and mandilin. I have dabbled with drums but find that I don,t have the coordination to make all those drum things happen at the same time.
