I have made other BOA videos and didn't really explain it. Last year I removed all my accounts from BOA and got a credit union, that I thought was safe. Not.

Come to find out someone hacked into my bank, stole a bunch of $$ and my personal info. From then on, I came to the conclusion that no bank is really safe for me right now because hackers have my info.

Anyhow, when trying to deal with BOA, they do NOT tell you the truth on the phone about payment methods.

They do NOT disclose payment option #4, AT THE BRANCH.

Gee, I wonder why that is?

Here is the payment options listed on my letter

1. Set up a payment online at www.myeasypayment.com
2.Mail your payment to BOA
3.Call to pay by phone, and there will be a fee of 15 dollars.

Well, come to find out none of these options will work if you are paying cash. And if you look at my other videos you can see where the representative basically avoids telling me the truth of the matter that payments can be given at the BANK itself.

This would not be such a big deal but I was always told I could NOT pay at branches. Perhaps their policies have changed but they would need to DISCLOSE this info to it's customers.

Just like when being asked how to pay~ none of them will tell you the easiest way is to do it at the bank. When I found out this was another method of payment, I was apeshit, and I still am. They are
great at avoiding direct questions and skirting the truth.

In MA we have TONS of BOA's and one is 20 seconds from my house. You'd think that maybe a rep would look up my info and tell me this since I have to DISCLOSE all my personal info before anyone will even talk to me.

SS#, Maiden name, address, etc, all has to be disclosed to ensure they know who they are talking to.

But they would not disclose to me that 4th option of making payments. Wonderful isn't it?

Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I the only one?

I told the 'experienced representative' that unless someone is willing to answer as to why I was never told my 4th payment option and why it is not written for full disclosure for it's customers that I was not willing to pay them another dime. I'm not.

And Tom Casey should not be signing emails unless he is willing to answer them. (less info)
