@Blindjohn Good point I never thought about it but that's a good way to use it in a brawl or self-D application. That's in a around about way how I use it in Judo I push them than I step back as I lift a little and I hit the sweep. Thank you :) for pointing that out.

Thank you for taking the time make these helpful videos. I found this also helped me with my Judo when I am going for arm drags using two on one grips, and mat work grip breaks. This is a under thought about part of grappling. Keep up the great work :)

Your understanding of the arts of balance and mechanics is some thing to be admired.

Then try harai goshi and if that's easier use it.

Check if you getting your hips to far across because it puts your leg in the wrong spot
