40 years ago when I was 18 and competing in gymnastics I could do this stuff, but not anymore. Of course I was 60 pounds lighter too@ 145. Pretty impressive stuff my man. I know how hard these exercises can be and you make it look easy.

Sir, All I can say is that you are amazing inspiration to me as I train for my Spartan Race. I know I will never be a good as you, but if I finish I will be happy. Love the videos, the humor is great!!
