I often wondered how the 4017 BIG BOY got into Greenbay, now I know. I pay visits to it now and then. I was just there last weekend.

Try using LOD. No reason to have the whole level loading if you cant see it.

Is there a way to add a trigger so it isnt always running on the level?

Just how big is this level? Is it one level or multiple?

No offense, but that is not a game I would have gotten a glsl card for. Graphics suck. Card is great, but the graphics suck.

OK, incredibly confused here. You are using what appears to be some sort of menu across the bottom instead of the sides. Fine, but I see no menus that you have on there. Like link and materials, mesh, paint etc . I have my two upper windows set just like yours but I still dont see those menus aft...

Yes, they have to run scenarios to see what would happen. Call of Duty did the same. This isnt some low profit, basement programmer, this is a multi million dollar industry with funds being able to do this.
