ur better off getting rid of that green "classifier", you may be losing some fines because it will stick to the inside, and there arent enough holes. Either pan without it or make your own classifier using metal cloth from the hardware store. Its also cheap and you can chose 1/2", 1/4" etc...hth....

@snowman108890 though if the hole is dry, you wanna keep it dry. Adding h2o to a working dry area can be more of a hastle. Use of a small or medium paint brush and soup spoon can get the gold too. If all dry working tools/methods fail, then yes, use the water....at that point it cant get any wors...
