I can definitely see what Justin Wong was talking about with Dr. Strange. The lack of cancel-ability on his specials and his lack of air dash is going to be a BIG hindrance to creating his set-ups and handling rushdown. You're going to have to be gdlk with his teleports to have success with Strange.
