@saksvik dude do you even train or are you a bodybuilding wannabe? you have to have raw strength to bench in a shirt too, but you have to have alot more skill to bench in a shirt. don't knock it till you put one on.
it amazes me how ignorant some people are. this is the right way to bench for power or muscle mass in your chest. by creating a big arch you are putting the torso in a better position for the pecs to do their job; pull the humerus (upper arm) toward the stermum. also more concentric speed = mor...
