Hey man, good progress on the weight gain. I am pretty skinny, and I have been lifting weights too. At the moment, I am supplementing with Whey Protein, Creatine Monohydrate, and various other products containing a creatine matrix and Nitric Oxide (NO) boosters. I do not know if they have BSN products in Australia, but I am taking Cellmass and N.O.-Xplode. Anyways, keep up the good work.

Hey dude, I have the exact same type of body as you and i have some advice that could be really useful.
You might think that because your skinny you don't have to work your abs, well you actually do! in order to fill out your stomach you need to workout your obliques. Go look up what they are and how to properly work them - trust me you'll be glad you did! |

I started 4 years ago at 53 kilos im 5'11" now im 76 kilo and heading for 80 it has been a slow process for me and im a hard gainer just like urself but its possible to make good gains it just takes hard work and time for ur body to change. The only tip i can give that has been the big wake up for me is u have to eat, and LOTS! lol
You will hear it everywhere u go but its true eat loads of carbs and 120-200 grams of protein a day. I have to eat around the 4000 cal a day to gain. You might find that u will have to eat quite a lot over your maintanance level to gain as compared to other people. Awesome so far keep it up.
