you're missing the spinal movement. When you breath in, the vertebrae get a little closer to each other (i.e. you get 1/2" shorter!) gathers together, and when you breath out, it lengthens slightly.

@usetheforce Stanley Turrentine didn't open up till he was in his 30s. Its not that the greats come out with something special... its that if you were gonna work hard enough be become one of the greats, you probably would have done it by your 20s.
