Sorry about the quality of some of these videos, these are my first attempts. I have learned alittle more from each one I make. Please feel free to add me as a friend and comment on the videos, hope to add more in the coming days.

My name is Robert Martin I live here in Dallas ,Texas I have spent a good part of my life assisting older adults , friends and family members with there various illnesses and medical needs .

I have worked part time as a physical therapist to select elderly patients , including my 101 year old father, and 98 year old neighbor .In my experiences , I have witnessed first hand the side effects of various medications and how they have effected the lives of my friends , family and co-workers . For this reason I try to avoid all prescription drugs .Luckily I am in good health and don't need to take any as of yet . I do take vitamin supplements to aid in overall good health . I also believe in an aspirin a day and a glass of red wine , with dinner ofcourse ! I have decided to share some of my knowledge with the outside world, regarding prescription drugs as well as a you a resource to turn if you have had a medical related injury .Later on, I hope to share with you some natural alternatives which you may consider . In my spare time I love to listen to classical music and play the piano. I am also a pilot and love to fly, travel and work on airplanes . I always take time for running and a workout ,usually in the evening .
