The '60's and '70's were definitely THE best time to grow up musically...don't get me wrong...there's some great music from every era and genre...sometimes you have to really search to find it...but it's there...I loved growing up in those two eras the most tho

@M0ofi32012 I was 6 and "borrowed" my cousins record and accidently forgot I had it...wore it out listening to it...If I heard it playing somewhere I would stop and listen...just really loved this song...so I know what you mean in my own way....:-)

I have this on my I pod touch and whenever this song comes on I sing along...my dog thinks I'm crazy...lol...I was lucky enough to hear this when it first came out...and have loved it ever since...the words kinda ring true for me...sad but true
