About Me:
 
I am Passionate about having my money work for me. I'm 26 years old, am married, have 3 kids, own several Rental Properties and also rent out my basement... essentially I live for free upstairs. I purposefully set up this passive income in order that I could have a surplus of time, with out which I would not be able to pursue other avenues of income, like that available on the internet. I am diving into the internet full steam ahead now that I no longer have to work to live... my passive income makes that possible for me. For "gravy" money I rent properties for people and sell Real Estate to people I like. I now have the freedom to tell clients who annoy me, that I'm not in the mood and to call someone else. I LOVE ME LIFE! Thanks to self discipline, READING, and planning... and of course to my fiscally responsible Wife and also to God who gives us principles that guide us.
