Animation "Junod" Project

This channel is dedicated for the development of a feature-length animation film "Junod". It is based on the true story of Dr. Marcel Junod who as field delegate of ICRC (The International Committee of the Red Cross), struggled against difficulties and hardships, and saved the lives of many people regardless of their race or nationality.

More than sixty years have passed since the end of WWII yet the world continues to suffer from cruel tragedies of war, causing ongoing bloodshed and claiming many precious lives. If more people in the world learn about Dr. Junod, it will mark a great step forward in establishing a sound foundation for world peace.

This project was initiated by the administrative director of NPO MOCT located in Hiroshima where Dr. Junod brought 15 tons of medical supplies shortly after its devastation by the atomic bomb.
