  @tracklad using the pump every day is not advised. Why? Tissue needs at least 24 hours to rebuild. You'd be sore and would experience no gains if you used it every day. Using the system 3 times a week allows adequate time for tissue to repair itself between sessions. More info on my website.

  @petetang1985 No, you leave the cylinder on for 20 minutes while maintaining vacuum pressure. If you're having to pump the whole time, the cylinder is not properly sealed. To get a good seal you should use some water-based lube and shave back your pubic hair a bit.
