comment on scooby video if you do any workout after the workout you will forcefully begin to breathe harder alowing you to take in oxygen which your muscles need....this oxygen travels threw the blood stream to your muscles the hormone adrenaline may be the main cause of this as this hormone sends your muscles a message to work harder....this hormone is also automaticaly released when in a really scary or life threatening situation

yeah its just because u didnt workout alot before and ur muscles gettin shaky because u work out and do something for ur body.just try to get a little bit longer when it burns and u do just right.u will see in 2 weeks if u do daily

dude your just weak...do knee puchups or a light bench press exercise to build ur tris and shoulders first

I seen your comment on scoobys video just thought I'd update you on your question, "why does my armes shake when i do pushups", simply because your arms are not used to this workout, the nerve starts to get a bit shakey, alot of people cannot to pushups, its a hard excercise. Maybe you should try leaning on your knees and doing pushups like that?
