nature films like Frozen Planet.Micheal Palins travels.Antique road show.The Chaser.But NO NO NO USA Shows.I just don't get their kind of humour,sorry.I enjoy going to the theatre if its not too expensive,Love going to the Minack open air theatre on the cliffs in Conwall.Do Google it if your interested,its just amazing how one lady and her gardener built it over many years.wonderful natural setting over the bay.seen several performances over the years ,my favourits being Pirates of Penzance,Evita, & La Traviata.If youve never experienced an outdoor production before do make the effort to go,you will NOT be disapointed,but do book early.lots of info on the web.And its NOT expensive,and NO I'm not on commission,just want to tell as many people as poss how wonderfull it is.I once went down and back in one day,well over 2OO miles but it was worth it.

I love a very wide range of music.ranging from 60s bands like The Beatles,Procul Harlem.George Fame.Gerry & The Pacemakers.Kinks.Moody Blues,etc etc.Elton John,Eva Cassidy.Faith Hill,Tim McGraw,Lonestar,West Life,Leonard Cohen.The Eagles.Beach Boys.KD Lang.Welsh Male voice choirs,Glen Cambell.Adelle,and many others.
Books:
I sorry to say it but I dont read many fiction type books these days but I love reference type ones to do with any of my interests,and thats very varied so Ive got hundreds of books.

Consequently, we tend to stick close to home here in the USA.
I've also heard good things about the festival in Whitley Bay and know several folks that have attended and performed there.

If you do come to the USA one of these days my guess is that you'll get more bang for your buck ($) if you attend a festival rather than the New Orleans experience as far as having plenty of the old music that we like goes, however the New Orleans experience is fabulous just to see the place and enjoy the flavor of it.. I have never visited England, but my wife has and she would love to return with me some day, but it is a rather pricey thing to travel and stay in hotels so conseq
