Jason is a senior programme manager and Executive Client Advisor within our Transformation Consulting practice and has over 23 years experience, covering Business Transformation, Technology Strategy & Architecture, Management Information Strategies and Systems Integration. Jason has implemented, transitioned and deployed ERP systems: CRM, SCM, WMS, BI, PLM Jason has worked with the following Enterprise resource planning vendors: Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Siebel and Troux strategic IT Planning and Control software.
At Experian 2008, I managed the data centre move of all back, front and middle systems and ran the Product development and PMO which included the compression and resource refresh outsourcing of people, processes and systems
Also prepared Bids and Tender submissions and project pre-qualifications on Consumer Products, Retail and FMCG portfolios. He spends the majority of his client facing roles operating at Executive and Board level and is a recognised expert in Mergers and Acquisitions, IT Strategy, Managing Information Systems and Organisational Excellence.
Jason total responsibility for the introduction, implementation, planning, commissioning and co-ordination of new working practices and technology and the collation documentation, Management of all the strands of program and associated projects.
Jason has worked at these levels and delivered Strategy, MI and Organisational Excellence engagements across many regions such as USA, Europe, South Africa and Asia Pac. This wide cultural experience has been especially beneficial to our globally spread client portfolio."
Since October 2008 I have been engaged by Cap Gemini under Non disclosure agreements on 2 bids and worked for Pole employ and A4E to enable the start of operations in France and train the trainer.
