I am a Board Certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon in South Florida who is considered an expert in Female to Male Chest Masculinaztion Surgery. Although I frequently perform many other types of Plastic Surgery for non-transgender purposes, I am well known Internationally for my skills in this particular surgery. 	7580Oakley (3 months ago) I know this may be a stupid question but Im 18 turning 19 soon and I have no credit. I just quit my job due to reasons Id rather not discuss on here but me being me I figured this would be the perfect time to get the surgery done since I dont have to worry about taking off of work. I just dont have the money nor do I want to ask anyone else for it. How can I pay for it? Does anyone have a loan or something that helped them out in a situation like mine? I have researched a lot of thing I just cant seem to understand how everything is paid for. If anyone can help me out please message me and let me know. Im so confused.
	TheZxy2010 (4 months ago) Thanks for your excellent work Dr. Garramone! It is now 3 months/13 weeks since my top surgery. I am extremely pleased with the results. I love my new chest. Everything has healed just fine and is looking good. Only thing is the scars that have not faded a bit since surgery even though I have used Scarguard for two months and now I am using Kelo-Cote. But besides that, the results could not have been better.

	me2butch4u (10 months ago) Hi Dr. G. Its been 5 weeks since my surgery and i couldn't be happier! Everything is healing quite nicely and looking really good. My scars are very thin and flat and I am happy to say that I have little "outies" in the nipple department. Everyone who has seen it says it look amazing! I can't express to you how this has changed my life! You are an AMAZING surgeon and Brigett is WONDERFUL! Thank you again. -Branden
