i use phoenix rc. sims do shorten the learning curve drastically, before sims i had to go thru the learning process and progress to a collective pitch. only a few weeks after the sim i was doing fast forward flight and my orientation improved leaps n bounds, yay phoenix

you might run into a problem with that tail mod as it may give you too much authority causing a blowout. stick to the stock setup untill u want to go bushless then do the brushless mod and 120 tail mod

This is y its important to do pre-flight checks. i bet that he didnt check the spacing between the blade grips and the head block. i bet the feathering shaft was loose.
