About this user
Music is my everythings in life. I remember the early time in my life, when I was a very little kid... when I was interested in being absorbed in the world of melodies, by deep listening to them... I loved to memorize every melody to virtually play it on my mind, or to be murmured/whistled at my lonely times. I remember the nights, when I didn't remember a melody and I couldn't sleep, until I could remember ir again! I was a "bank of melody" for my cousins and friends, when I was a primary-school student. I remember that I always whistled every melody quite in tune, in a very accurate pitch! At the age of 11 (1985), I was fascinated by Richard Clayderman's music. His "A Comme Amour" was like an epiphany for me.. Since then, I am an enthusiastic fan of Richard Clayderman, and Classical music.
Time went by... I got 18... there was no academic music teacher in my born city! This was always very painful to me. My parents insisted on studying Mathematics & Physics sciences. Then I started studying "Solid State Physics" at university. A little time before my graduation and much to everyone's surprise, I decided to give it all up! I switched to learning musical sciences and due to my financial limitations, I had to learn Music in a slef-studying manner. I studied many books including Elementary and Advanced Theory of Western Music, Harmony, Contrepoint, History of Western Music and ... all by myself. I started learning how to play the piano by myself as well. Since I had memorized many melodies from the time I was a kid, I could learn playing the piano easily and very rapidly.
Today I feel so happy... Although I have had no music teacher in my life, and although I have not become a professional musician still, however at present, I am a compassionate music teacher to many pupils who some of them are the new talents and will be the professional musicians in the future...
I teach Advanced Solfège and Musical Theory at a local conservatory.... I hope my pupils can appreatiate their possiblity of having a music teacher - a music teacher who has never had any music teacher.. Teaching music is beyond a job for me. I love it, and I am so happy with it. I love my pupils, and fortunately, I am beloved among them.
I regret that up to now, I have been taught by no music teacher, due to the deprivations in my born city and my financial limitations. That was why I had to become a self-taught amateur in music. I wish I had studied Musical Sciences at a great conservatory. In fact, my inherent musical talent have always been unnoticed. Now, I dream of becoming a real Pedagogue in Music; My favourite Pedagogues are Shinichi Suzuki, M.Montessori, and Karl Orf. Actually, Musical Theory, Arranging, and Pedagogy are what I like most.
My passion for Richard Clayderman's music and the easy step-by-step instructions by his music helped my to become a classical lover too. I love classical music from the Middle Ages, Renaissance & Baroque periods, to Romanticism and Impressionism and Modernism. A. Corelli, A. Vivaldi, G.F. Handel, J.S.Bach, W.A. Mozart, L.V.Beethoven, F. Schubert, F.Chopin, F.Liszt, J.Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Gabriel Fauré, and Claude Achille Debussy, Stravinsky, and Schostagovich are my favourites.
I am a classical lover, but I'm not dogmatic about it at all. I do respect contemporary music and artistic instrumental arrangements of popular music, because I believe these music styles are useful for the young generations. Among the contemporary composers, I am very interested in Paul de Senneville and Ennio Morricone...
