Drapey was born in Melbourne in 1987, only then to reside in a small country town on the outskirts of the city. He became interested in music from a young age and grew up with the likes of older bands as "Rage Against The Machine" "At The Drive In" "Radiohead" and others more recent, such as "Sparta" "Lostprophets" "Something With Numbers" and many other various artists.

Due to his constant battering of music through any means necessary, he eventually gathered an ear for dance music throughout the teenage years. He started with the more popular "electro house" scene, until he listened to the likes of "Steve Lawler", "Oxia", "Format:B", "Gui Boratto" and "Stephan Bodzin." He then discovered that the dance scene was bigger than ever! Drapey supports artist such as, "Deadmau5" "Glenn Morrison" "Mark Mendes" "Solee" "Alter Ego" "Chaim" "Sebatien Leger" "Red Robbin" "Bukaddor & Fishbeck" & "Beckers."....Just to name a few!

He started creating tracks in the progressive house genre and is now working on mastering his skills in the minimal/techno genre. He is working hard to make some "absolute" bangers!
