You can hit bottom if the water level is to low. This jump is not recommended for first time jumpers, there are lower level jump spots there to. Where shoes if jumping from higher levels.

Also, if you are looking down from the top, the rock to the left of the jump zone has a tunnel going through it, swim half way in, and you will see the way out. Lots of fun to.....no joke.
