材料：

整顆高麗菜、蔥花、薑末、細糖、鹽、太白粉、絞肉、香油、胡椒粉

做法：

1.用剪刀將高麗菜的心剪除，將整顆高麗菜放入鍋中煮軟，約5-­10分鐘。

2.絞肉加入1/2茶匙鹽拌勻，摔打到有黏性，再加入糖、雞粉、­白胡椒粉與薑末，拌勻之後再加入少許太白粉、蔥花與香油，拌勻備­用。
