Ryan Giggs watched Manchester United for the first time from the Stretford End when he was five years of age. Almost 30 years later, he broke Sir Bobby Charlton's appearance record in the Champions League final in Moscow, and scored the winning penalty in the shoot-out. Along the way he had won ten Premiership titles, whereas the first was the end of 26 years of wait, and scored one of the greatest goals of all time against Arsenal in that incredible 1999 season. Legend is often an overused term in football and in life, but Ryan Giggs is one in every sense of the word. (less info)
