Love the way he moves seamlessly into the Chantels number "Stay" and then alerts the band - in rhyme, I think - that they'll sing the Grace refrain just one more time!

I'm sure it was Howard who whispered to the main man about doing this as their encore: good choice!

@Broeseler I didn't say the piece was "little". I have loved this haunting, yearning, psychedelic, mellow melody since 1977 - its a terrific production and not a track I think I've ever known the band play live.

So grateful for this: haven't heard it since about 1985! An algerian guitarist named Said Doumanji used to play this in his set around Exeter - sometimes as support to the Higher Hoopern Hillbillies! - and although he played many Don McLean numbers I hadn't realised who had sung it originally and...
