My name is Mindi m Parrish..... my close friends know my original last name you want to know... just ask.... anyway i am married to the most amazing guy in the world (Jeremy). I also have an adorable 4 year old step-son (Nathan)....i currently live in Ky. Although, I am from Florida and Massachusetts . this channel is for a great many things one of which is my weight loss... up till now I have been doing it with the help of my Husband (a personal trainer).
My start weight as of Jan. 10 is 153lbs now I am aiming for 130 and than 110.
