Yes we do need forests to absorb CO2. I don't believe we should cut down our forests for Biofuel. I never said that.
Biomass energy production - at least in Canada- is being considered as picking up the residuals from the lumber industry. Meaning that it will be finding value in useless lumber ...

I have done extensive research on this subject and biomass can be done ecologically and it is NOT worse then coal. It needs to remain as a secondary production in the lumbar industry. This means taking the unusable parts of trees that the lumbar industry can not use. I wouldn't be so quick to tur...

When i broke my pole vaulting in early 2004, 10 weeks of rehab and i was good as new
@coffeecup212121 I pushed low with my left arm instead of up putting a lot of pressue in the middle of the pole. It was a newish pole but my technique made it snap

@hawthornechemical That rule is only in the USA. I don't like it. Causes more danger then it mends. I'm in Canada that rule does exist here

@ryaNVANdyke18 Thanks, but after many years of vaulting after this. I only had alright form. My left arm is pressing too far forward which give that low bend. That bend broke the pole.

@clngogo OH...nothing I hat hurt my foot hurdling a week before, it was very swollen too, not a big deal though
