I remember leveling my pikachu in yellow until i learned a normal attack that did more than 4 damage to his pokemon when i was 4, then finally beating brock and freaking out. Then I walked into misty's gym going, "Oh gosh, what's this one going to be like?' and beating each pokemon in one move.
