Show respect for one another.
Either chooses to stay in one place or move to a higher level if they want to, but remember that it is important to improve.
Listen to advice when they are ready to use it and never get offended by the advice.
Try many different things.

Steal art and never tell about it.
Be mean to everyone.
Overreact over something simple.
