a lot of the cheap 'survivor' brand knives are decent for the price, but beware, The guy for champaign Illinois doesn't always send out the knives unless you hound him, I bought 10 from him for a class and it was really hard to get them shipped. Buyer beware. There are a lot of other companies...

Its a variation of Aikido's Kaiten nage. he doesn't allow his partner to roll out of it though. Im sure other arts have similar techniques.
