I have a question when I cut my hair grows ugly with machine grows hair all standing up but when a year ago I cut with scissors so I thought I was growing up very well for me down I get short on slopes below the number 1 and but above the number 2 and already in the top 2 or 3 freshly cut looks great but then when it grows is the shit growing up as I do to make me grow down if I short with rake or razor I grow well? or may pass the machine and awaken the razor and scissors? the cut is the blowout I please respond?
