WOW!!!! Such a great tribute. It made me cry. It hit home to me. Im 26 years old. I received a heart transplant in 2003. I would love to meet my donor family one day. Many people do not realzie the importance of organ donation. I will end this with my favorite quote, "Please dont take your organs to Heaven, Heaven knows we need them here."
