8mm colour cine film taken by my late Father between 1957 and the early 80's when he changed to video
There's over 3 hours of film spread across 17 reels of 8mm film. Most of it is your usual family holiday movies but in amongst the days at the seaside there are a few little gems that have now become a historical record of events and places.
The camera in question was a clockwork (yes you wound it up) Kodak Cine camera, film wasn't cheap so what you get are short fleeting glimpses of things.
The process of uploading these clips to You tube has degraded the quality considerably despite varies attempts at different formats. If you want to see better quality video then visit my website.
