The wave itself is very similar to pipeline, except that this is a beachbreak and not breaking over a razorsharp shallow reef of death. But it is pretty sick indeed! I took more beatings than waves while i was there and it was only overhead... definately worth visiting if you get the chance. nic...

repect for these guys, this is the kind of attitude needed in surf-scenes these days. instead of most surfers trying to go pro, getting all arrogant and aggressive. Just enjoy the feeling and adrenaline and also consider yourself lucky to have the ability to ride waves.
