Well, in some moments I get this impresion that it's a man's voice, without getting the falsetto image inside my head. Weird. Her voice is weird, actually, very fit for reviving this type of music.

Well, let's imagine this voice plus- voice of a boy child; than the lung power that castratos had....

If this guy had the lung power castratos had, he'd be the second Farinelli or something close.

Really, he sings amazing. The sound alone brings emotion, he could just say "a" al the song. The lyrics ad a lot of emotion on top of that, it's incredible.

All who sing castrato arias miss is that lung power castratos had.

I do not know if this is close to a real castrato virtuoso or not, but it definetly sounds incredible to me.
