A wonderful woman and a tireless campaigner for human rights, civil rights and a better world for all the children.

She was just here in Corpus Christi--attracted a crowd of 6,000 and then went on to campaign around Texas.

I wish her the very best. Hillary will do the right thing for the people. We are fortunate to have her working for a better world.

I have been an admirer of her from when I was working at Childrens Hospital and learned of her work with Harriet Eggleston in Atlanta on behalf of childrens' health care. She has long been an advocate for children and single moms and for health care. I always tell people that she did not fail in her efforts at health care reform when First Lady. The country, congress, et al, were not ready for what she was proposing and were lulled into a complacency; they got managed care instead which was a band aid, still leaving millions of people out of access to care! She was ahead of her times and she knew what was happening and what the outcome would be!! No one wanted to listen to her; she was an activist, a female activist, a First Lady who wanted and needed to do more with her smarts than serve tea!! She should have been the President back then!!
