About south london documentary unit
The South London Documentary Unit is a group of local film-makers with experience at several levels of production, including direction, editing, sound, writing, acting and other disciplines connected to the moving image.
Our aim is to highlight matters that concern the area of South London, incluiding social, artistic, political and environmental matters.
A new batch of films specially commissioned by the unit will be available here soon.
Recent productions include Proyecto Miranda, Disasters Of War photomontage, Q&A session at the Clapham Picture House, Latin night at the Ministry of Sound and coverage of Peckham Space, programme of events developed by the Camberwell Arts College.
Forthcoming projects include two short drama-docs about local events.
