I have read so much about nutrition and health and the various studies that support these claims, that I have absolutely no doubt that an animal free diet is the key to health and that includes eliminating many degenerative diseases that have become "mainstream" and accepted by the masses as normal. Heart disease wasn't even in the medical journals until the 1930's, so that has to speak loudly. Thanks again for seeing the big picture and I wish you good health always.
