Stephanie Beacham was only 42 in this episode. She was surely playing a bit older (to be Monica's mom).. If anything Monica is a bit too old, and looks it, to be Sable's daughter. Funny, but Nolan Miller's fashions & styling made women look older than they were.

I have to agree with some of the comments here about season 8 being more the reason for the cancellation than season 9. Season 8 was just awful, and as a result, producers had lower budgets, a bad timeslot change from the network, and less PR to work with for season 9.

It does seem like Emma Samms was given more direction & styling to appear closer to the original Fallon. More subdued hair & wardrobe, better attempt at an American accent. At least they were trying. Funny they didn't try harder for consistency when Emma first joined the show.
