@ChristmasJ1 It's funny, I tried the same strategy as you, going through the NFB. I do not think it is an NFP production, but a Parks Canada production through another film company. Alain Clavier was a treasure.

Wonderful, thanks for posting this beautiful memory.
WIth private opportunites, the rich pay for faster care FREEING up the queue for socialized care. Everyone does better, but the resentment of the poor for the rich who can pay out of pocket trumps medical well-being. And the politicians here have always taken advantage of it.
