@steve66650 i've heard anything above 400-500 milligrams a day is too much, depending on your size and tolerance. thats roughly 4-5 cups per day. so 3 or 4 cups is fine but more than that is bad.

@electrobussterr I'm no master but have trained in karate and tang soo do. based on my experience and interviews i've seen with grand masters, it's not about the style, but the individual. I believe Yip man, the Grand master of Wing chun who trained Bruce Lee said that, i'm just quoting him.
