As far as I'm concerned, texting was the worst thing man ever came up with. We went from actually talking to people to writing again, except grammar has been thrown out the window, along with spelling. Talk about a step in the wrong direction.

As I watch this LP, I weep for Sonic. I weep for our children, and our children's children, simply because this game came into being, and because some day, when somebody mentions Sonic the Hedgehog, they might be referring to THIS game and not the original.

I agree, that is totally Sonic's theme song. Fairly recently, I started watching the best damn Sonic tv show ever on Netflicks (Netfliks? Netflics? I forget), and I love that theme.

For the longest time, I was unable to get the charm bangle. It turns out that what I always failed to do was ask more questions.

Final Fantasy 2, 8, and everything after 9 are the games that I don't care for. Once they decided to shit all over conventional gameplay/leveling and focus on graphics, I stopped caring about them. At least Enix knows what their fans want!

I love the Castlevania series. Out of the classic ones, three is my favorite, for one huge reason; I do NOT like the whip. Seriously, I hate it. While I do appreciate the range of it, I don't appreciate the delay both before and after the swing. I like to hit the attack button and BAM, enemy hit ...

After Locke was reduced to 10 HP by the Guardian, you totally should've had him attack again. It would've been sweet if he had been able to pull off his desperation attack.

You got that coin toss thing slightly off. Edgar made sure that Sabin won the coin toss and Sabin chose his freedom. Same end result from what you said, though.

Saying that Sabin isn't very useful in the next section just sounds absurd to me. His flaming clones are outstanding at this point in the game. Put him with Edgar and his flash and a certain research facility is a total pushover.

I always assumed that Link's wish was for things to go back to the way they were before Gannondorf made his wish with the Triforce.

Actually, I believe one of the maidens says that it was Ganondorf that got his hands on the golden power and then became Ganon. If it wasn't a maiden that said it, then it was somebody else, but regardless, it gets said. I think this's the first time that the name Ganondorf gets mentioned, in fact.

If you notice, all of the characters that're simply there with a character's scene are always Edgar, Celes, and Setzer; the three characters that you can't miss. I always thought that was amusing. Those three are EVERYWHERE.

...I just now realized that this game is really just an elaborate freeze tag.

Umaro actually makes Cyan useful. Put Gau, Mog, Umaro, and Cyan in a party and you can use Cyan's abilities to your heart's content without making everybody else have to wait.

This dungeon was a hellhole. A while back, my wife played this game, and I had to be her navigator. I love my wife to death, but she is NOT a gamer. On your guys's worst day, you guys look like gods to her skills, lol.

@SuperGamer999 6:05, in the middle of naming off RPG's. And yeah, doing an RPG would be a lengthy process, but I think Clement's smart enough to think up ways that he could do one successfully, if he really wanted to. I get the feeling that he doesn't want to LP 'em, though. SO much editing.

I always make it a personal goal to complete the fourth dungeon ASAP, so I can put the dwarf blacksmiths to work as quickly as possible. That's the only sequence I break.

3: fugly

4: PT Cruiser (SO fugly!)

5: playing video games!

6: Abraham Lincoln

7: 3DS

8: Frankenberry (totally a creature)

9: "Dude, Frankenberry and Abraham Lincoln just drove down that street in a PT Cruiser while playing video games on a 3DS!"

Also, against the blue wizzrobes, the lines on the dungeon floor are your best friend. Wizzrobes only charge down the tiles while firing at you.

I'm surprised that you didn't grab the sign next to the "average middle aged man." It's actually kinda amusing if you do. If you've never done it before, do it for a chuckle.

As much as I love the gold hairpin, it's totally made obsolete by the economizer and the lovely MP-sucking spell. Since it's surprisingly easy to get economizers if you know what you're doing...yeah. Still useful for the minor part of the world of balance, at least.

The only possible advice I could give for dealing with darknuts is to remember that they can only walk on the squares, and you can walk on the lines.

Totally worth the wait.

@MMetelli Yeah. Personally, I always seem to screw up by a fluke when I try to do it the "pro" way, with the smoke. Always a last second turn away, the jerky dinosaurs.

Chaos Dragons, off the top of my head, do have one awful thing they do... Disaster. Anybody that's ever seen that move knows how debilitating it is. "Would you like a status effect? Eff you you get them all!"

While I love the NES version of this game, if somebody were to patch a rom of this version with the NES version's music, it wouldn't be half bad.

When it comes to enemies and poisoning, for the most part, just remember that red enemies poison. Deep blue/purple enemies tend to be able to as well.
