소금이 끓는물에 들어가면 녹슴니다. 이럴경우 물의 어는 점과 끓는점이 낮아짐니다. 그래서 뜨거운 물에 소금을 집어넣으면 물이 갑작스럽게 그 순간 증발하는겁니다. 어느정도 증발한뒤 증발이 늦어지는 이유는 물이 증발하면서 열도 약간 사라지기 때문입니다. 약간 언 얼음에 소금을 뿌리면 녹는 이유와 같습니다.
