Because of how far off the movie was it presenting him as single and trying to get girls by making facebook. She was shocked - like many viewers should be - at the blatant inaccuracy of the film on certain basics like that.

I thought he was quoting the guy who took over as CEO after he got fired from Apple here. This clip is so short, the whole context is left out and I'm pretty sure it wasn't a joke he was making so much as quoting. Steve definitely didn't see his job as pointing a sinking Apple in the right dire...
