And if you want to gate the synth without hearing the loop itself, set the AUDIO TO of the drum loop to SEND ONLY. And then play around with the THRESHOLD on the gate effect. Setting the threshold to very low will give you a "dry" effect while a higher value will start to gate. Like this you ca...
